Paolo Camaiora
Technical Consultant & Certifier
Architect Paolo Camaiora specializes in architectural design, restoration, and consultancy for natural stone architecture, collaborating with companies, private clients, and public institutions both in Italy and internationally. His work combines design expertise, historical research, and advanced technical knowledge of stone materials, with a particular focus on marble, natural surfaces, and twentieth-century applied arts.
A consultant and certified inspector of stone materials, he serves as Court Technical Consultant for the Court and Public Prosecutor’s Office of Massa, as well as Trusted Consultant for the Italian Navy Engineering Corps in La Spezia. In 2025, he was awarded the prestigious “Master of Stone Art” recognition at Marmomac Verona and currently serves on the Council of the Order of Architects PPC of Massa-Carrara (2025–2029). Since 2025, he has also been an Italian Certified Connector for the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the United Arab Emirates (IICUAE).

His professional activity is distinguished by an extensive portfolio of restoration, museum redevelopment, and bespoke marble and natural stone design projects. Major works include the restoration of Villa Liberty Gabbrielli Videau in Pietrasanta, restoration projects at the Italian Air Force base in Cadimare, the design of the Historical Hall for the Italian Navy Special Forces Command (GOI), and the museum redevelopment of the Civic Marble Museum of Carrara.
In 2018, he received the National Restoration Award from the Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage for the restoration of the Marble Sample Hall at the Academy of Fine Arts of Carrara. In 2023, he was awarded the “Anita Fiaschi – City of Carrara” Prize for Architecture and Design related to the world of stone.
Alongside his professional practice, he is actively engaged in education and research through specialist seminars, conferences, and publications focused on Rationalist architecture, natural stone materials, and installation technologies. He has published four historical books and more than seventy specialist articles, and has delivered lectures and conferences at numerous institutional venues, including the Library of the Italian Senate in Rome, addressing the use of marble and natural stone in contemporary architecture.
Samuele Galbiati

Samuele Galbiati operates in the stone and natural surface restoration sector, collaborating with architects, hotels, contractors, and private clients in the technical and aesthetic management of marble, Venetian terrazzo, travertine, limestone, and other premium stone surfaces.
Through Marmarox®, he oversees restoration projects, scheduled extraordinary maintenance, and technical consulting for both residential properties and hospitality and luxury environments, adopting an approach focused on preserving the aesthetic and functional value of surfaces over time.
Over the years, he has developed an operational methodology based on specialist procedures, low-impact micro-interventions, and planned stone surface management, with particular attention to high-traffic environments and spaces where aesthetic continuity, brand image, and perceived quality are central elements of the customer experience.

He is the creator of the EcoGrimm® Method, a project dedicated to the sustainable care of natural stone, and founder of the Marmarox Academy, an internal platform established for technical training and the transfer of field-developed operational expertise.
His work focuses on the complete lifecycle management of natural stone: from preventive consulting on finishes and intended use through to long-term maintenance, with the objective of helping designers, architects, and property owners preserve the identity, performance, and value of stone surfaces over the long term.
