How to apply the nano coating spray on the fabric?

Applying nano coating spray to textiles is a relatively simple process, but it is important to follow certain guidelines to achieve the best results. Here are the general steps to follow:

  • Surface preparation: Ensure that the fabric is clean and dry. Remove any stains or dirt as the presence of contaminants can affect the adhesion of the nano coating.

  • Shake the bottle: Shake the spray bottle well before use to ensure that the product is homogeneous.

BSB60 FIBRE PROTECT COATING

SIO2 & Water-based Superhydrophobic & Oleophobic Coating for Textile Industry

BSB60 Fibre Protect Coating is a ready-to-use spray solution specifically designed for use in the textile industry. This coating provides water and oil-repellent protection for various types of textiles, including synthetic, wool, silk, cotton, linen, technical textiles, home textiles & more.

Application

  • BSB60 Fibre Protect Coating is ready-to-use and should not be diluted. Shake the product well before application.
  • Industrial Dipping Application: The product can be applied using an industrial dipping process with a padding (foulard) machine.
  • Industrial Spray Application: Industrial spray devices are suitable for applying the product. For a long-lasting effect, ensure that surfaces are free of dust, grease, and any residues from cleaning agents.
  • For all surfaces, it is recommended to test for stability and functionality in an inconspicuous area.

Drying and Hardening

  • Apply the product formulation onto the surface.
  • Allow the surface to dry completely.
